The grievance of the petitioner was that respondent Nos.1 and 2 were not stopping the unauthorized construction being made by respondent No.3 and also not demolishing the unauthorized construction already made.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states at the bar that the unauthorized construction made by respondent No.3 has been demolished by respondent Nos.1 and 2, and as such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
