WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI B BHASKARA REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by calling for the records relating to impugned orders issued vide Proc. Lr. Roc. No.450/2015/M2-1 dt. 9/3/2015 and Proc. Roc. No.C1/481/2015 dt. 6/4/2015 issued by 3rd and 5th respondents respectively and set aside the same by declaring as illegal, arbitrary and voilative of the principles of natural justice and also contrary to facts, discriminatory in nature and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable existing last grade post in the place of his father on compassionate grounds as per the proposals of the 5th respondent with all attendant benefits;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B BHASKARA REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
