This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C by the petitioners-respondent Nos.l to 5 to quash the proceedings against thern in D.V.C.No.05 of 2014 pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

2. Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that in view of the law taid down by the then High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh in Giduthuri Kesari Kumar and others Vs. State of Telangana and othersl and Gaddameedi Nagamani Vs. State of Telangana and others2 , the proposition of law laid down by this Court in the said judgments, the present quash petition is not maintainable.

4. In view of the above, criminal petition is dismissed.
