Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of Respondent No.1 herein in passing impugned order in GO.Ms.No.73, dated. 30/03/2021 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and International Covenants on Human Rights.
