Petition under Section 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings of the order Dated 20.02.2024 in Application No.A/993/2024 on the file of Respondent No.3, pending disposal of WP.No.12171 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
