There shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in E,P, No,42 of 2OL4 in O.S.No.43 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gadwal subject to condition of the petitioner depositing Rs,25,O0O/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) within a period of one week.
