		The<br>learned<br>Standing<br>Counsel
		appearing for respondents 2 to 4 has
		produced<br>a<br>letter<br>dated<br>06.07.2024
		addressed to him by the Chief Engineer
		(HRD<br>&<br>Trg.),<br>TSSPDCL,<br>Corporate
		Office, Hyderabad, under which it is
		informed that in the light of C.C.No.97
		of 2023 pending before this Court, no
		new promotions were considered in any
		cadre after the review panel taken up on
		21.11.2022 for according promotions to
		the<br>eligible<br>candidates.<br>It<br>is<br>also
		informed<br>that<br>the<br>petitioner<br>will<br>be
		considered for promotion to the cadre of
		Assistant Divisional Engineer/Electrical
		along with similarly situated employees
		as and when fresh panels are prepared
		after fulfilling of eligibility criteria and
		subject to availability of vacancies.
		The<br>learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the
		petitioner seeks time to get instructions
		on this issue.
