SRUSHMAN REDDY presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the C.R.P by setting aside the order and decree passed in CMA No.19 of 2021 dated: 24-02-2023 passed by The Family Court Cum III Additional District & Sessions Court Nizamabad confirming the order and decree passed in I.A 520 Of 2021 in O.S.No. 199 of 2021 dated: 15-09-2021 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge At Nizamabad and grant Temporary injunction in favour petitioner against the Respondents and their henchmen from interfering and disturbing the possession of the appellant over suit schedule property land admeasuring of Ac.0.0325 Gts in survey number 897/u1 situated at Mittapally Village, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District pending disposal of the O.S.No.520 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge At Nizamabad;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. SRUSHMAN REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
