This Writ Petition has been filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondent ., in not correcting the petitioner's date ol birth as 19.05.1939 in her passport in the existing date of birth as 19.05.1955 and not renewing her passport AS illegal and arbitrary and for other consequential reliefs.
Ms.N.V.R.Rajya Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, appearing for the respondent, submits that basing on the material documents available on the application submitted by the petitioner, her case has been considered and as the petitioner has not produced any documents to the satisfaction of the respondent the file has been closed on 25.O9.2017, therefore, the cause in this writ petition <sup>15</sup>nO longer survives for further adjudication. I
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if
any, shall stard closed.
