When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-Il, appearing for the petitioners, had informed the Court that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, petitioners have settled the case of the respondent for regularization of his services uide proceedings on Cr.No.294/2O05lA1, dated 15.10.2018 and in view of the same, no further orders need to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent had contended that the petitioners have considered the case of the respondent for regularization of his services uide proceedings, dated 15.10.2018, but, however, the same are not in accordance with the Tribunal orders.

In view of aforesaid submission made, this Court is of the considered view that since the petitioners have already passed orders ,ide proceedings, dated 15. 10.2018, considering the case of the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Liberty is granted to the respondent to pursue the remedies, in accordance with law.
