| sentence in the affidavit making any endeavour to | |||
| explain the inordinate delay of 339 days. | |||
| When<br>we<br>were<br>about<br>to<br>dismiss<br>the |
interlocutory application, learned Standing Counsel pleaded with us to give him one more opportunity to enable him to file a better affidavit. The affidavit has been filed by Mr. B.Narayana, General Manager (Engineering), Operations & Maintenance Division. While we grant the appellant an opportunity to file a better affidavit to explain the delay, we express our serious displeasure in filing of such applications in a casual manner.
