Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing any orders in the Interlocutory Application as well as in the mian case filed by the petitioner under section 32 and under section 40 of The A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act. 1950 in respect of lands in Survey No. 375 situated at Premavatipet Village, Rajendar Nagar Mandal, R.R. District though the case was numbered as B 288/05 as illegal, unconstitutional, violative of Article 14 and 21 and 300A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to dispose off the main case and also pass orders immediately on the Interlocutory Application filed in case No. B 288/05.

The Court at the stage of admission made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the third respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer in considering the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in Case No.B/288 of 2005 under Section 32 and 40 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 in respect of the lands in Sy.No.375 of Premavatipet Village, Rajendar Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, without expressing in opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer to consider the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in Case No.B/288 of 2005 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
