Petition under Section 528 of BNSS, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including personal appearance of the Petitioner in C.C.No.289 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubnagar, pending disposal of CRLP No.3737 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.

Having heard Sri Khaja Moinuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the accusation against the petitioner is that he is only the marriage broker and as such prima facie case in arraying the petitioner under Sections 498-A r/w 109 of IPC and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, for consideration let there be stay of all further proceedings including personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.289 of 2021 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubnagar, till 30.04.2025.
