Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Stay of execution of the decree and all further proceedings passed in MVO.P. 630 of 2015, dated.25-10-2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal -Cum- Prl District Judge at Nizamabad, pending disposal of MACMA No. 517 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:-

There shall be interim stay of execution of decree and judgment in M.V.O.P. No. 630 of 2015 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims, Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge, Nizamabad subject to deposit of 50% of the decree amount together with costs and interest, if any, within eight weeks from today.
