WHEREAS the petitioners have presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through their counsel Sri R.Radha Krishna Reddy, praying the High Court to take cognizance of wilful, intentional and wanton disobedience, disrespect on the part of the respondent/RDO/VAO in flouting the order of the Hon'ble High Court dated 06.12.2021 passed in IA. No. 2 of 2021 in LAAS. No. 65 of 2021 and punish the respondent/ $RDO/LAO$ ;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R.Radha Krishna Reddy, Advocate for the petitioners, directed issuance of notice to the respondent herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted;
