ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili)
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned appearing for the Home Pleader for Government respondents has informed the Court that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with and the petitioner was selected and sent for training vide proceedings, dated 21.05.2024.
Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the $2.$ said fact.
In view of the same, this Court is of the considered 3. view that the orders passed by this Court are complied with.
Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed. No costs. $4.$
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
