When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of contempt case, the order dated 06-11-2007 in W.P.M.P.No.18289 of 2007 in W.P.No.14566 of 2007, passed by this Court, has been complied with and no further orders are necessary in this case and the main writ petition also.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
