WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri MOHD ASIFUDDIN praying the High Court to call the Respondents herein and punish them suitably under section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience of the orders dated 29-10-2018 passed in W.P.No. 35789 of 2018 in the interest of justice;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri MOHD ASIFUDDIN, Advocate for directed issuance of notice to the respondents herein returnable in three weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted;
