To appoint a Sole Arbitrator on reasonable fees to resolve the disputes between the Applicant and the Respondent in relation to the Development Agreement cum General Power of Attorney dt. 05/08/2010, registered as document No. 2642 of 2010, with the Office of Sub-Registrar Serilingampally, executed between the Applicant and the Respondent herein.

  2. To award costs of the Application:
