Whereas the Applicant above named through his Advocate Sri Purushotamlaal, preferred the above Application under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, read with scheme for Appointment of Arbitrators, 1996, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to

1. To appoint a Sole Arbitrator on reasonable fees to resolve the disputes between the Applicant and the Respondent in relation to the Development Agreement cum General Power of Attorney dt. 05/08/2010, registered as document No. 2642 of 2010, with the Office of Sub-Registrar Serilingampally, executed between the Applicant and the Respondent herein.

2. To award costs of the Application:

And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Purushotamlaal, Advocate for Applicant, made the following:
