Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the lawful possession and enjoyment of patta land of petitioner of an extent of Ac.1.27 gts in Sy.No.70/2-B of Kataram Village & Mandal, Karimnagar District, pending disposal of WA.No.449 of 2023, on the file of the High Court

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Dama Seshadri Naidu for Sri K VIJAYA BHASKAR REDDY, Advocate for the Appellant and Sri M. Krishna Reddy, GP FOR TRANSPORT for the Respondent No.1 and Sri A. Sanjeev Kumar, Spl. GP attached to the office of Addl. Advocate General, for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

Heard Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant.

Issue notice on admission and hearing.

Mr. M.Krishna Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Transport waives notice for respondent No.1.

Mr. A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General waives notice for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Service is complete.

In the meanwhile, status quo as regards possession as on today shall be maintained. However, appellant shall not restrain buses of the respondents from being operated from the subject land. Respondents shall also not create third party interest or change the nature and character of the land in question.
