Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Order dated 30.01.2021(Copy was served on 12.03.2021 through Girdhawar) of the 2^nd respondent tribunal made in ROR Revision Petition Case No.D2/78/2021 in respect of property mentioned in the Annexure-III to an extent of Ac.105.33gts situated at Brahmajiwadi Village, Tadwai Mandal, Kama Reddy District, under the provisions of The Telangana Rights in Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, The Special Tribunal Rule 16 (1) made there under as wholly illegal, unjust, arbitrary, untenable and contrary to the provisions of the above Act and Rules violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4^th respondent

refrain from deleting the petitioners names and/or substituting with the 5^th to 8^th Respondents to enable them to create any further interest on basis of the modification in pursuance of the aforementioned order of 2^nd Respondent.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant suspension of the operation of order dated 30.01.2021 of the 2^nd respondent tribunal made in Case no. D2/78/2021, thereby to direct the 4^th Respondent to continue the entries in record standing names of the petitioners in the village revenue records in respect of the property as per Annexure-III to an extent of Ac.105.33gts situated at Brahmajiwadi Village, Tadwai Mandal, Kama Reddy District, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition No.6436 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. G, SUMANTH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP FOR REVENUE, Advocate for the Respondents the Court made the following.

ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take out personal notice on respondents 5 to 8 returnable by 07.4.2021.

Post on 07.04.2021.

There shall be interim suspension, as prayed for, operative for a period of six weeks.
