Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue interim orders, interim directions to the Respondent no.3 not to give effect to the deed of cancellation dated 08/03/2006 bearing document no. 6448 of 2006 pending disposal of WP No. 4757 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.
