Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the impugned proceedings in P.R.C.No. 90/2022, on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Junior Civil Judge cum VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabadat Kukatpally, in so far as the petitioners / accused Nos. 4 and 5 are concerned, in the interest of justice.
