ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, an affidavit dated 9.4.2018 deposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division, Ranga Reddy district is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein eight (8) weeks time is sought to complete and finalize the land acquisition proceedings for making payment of compensation to the petitioners. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place on record the said statement in the counter affidavit deposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendrangar Division, Ranga Reddy district and close the contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed by placing on record the counter dated 9.4.2018filed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division, Ranga Reddy district, wherein eight (8) weeks time is sought to complete and finalize the land acquisition proceedings for making payment of compensation to the petitioners. As a sequel, the interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
