It is to be noted that as per the status report ofChiefJudge, City Civil Courts, l{yderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 31 .10.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives lor adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petilion is closed However, it is made clear that if any of the parlies desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matler would be heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
