ORDER:-

The petitioners in this writ petition have sought for the following substantive relief:

"… … Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1 st respondent in not allotting 'B' type shops situated at Bowenapalli market yard to the petitioners though they are available and the petitioners are entitled for them, as illegal, arbitrary and unreasonable and also direct the respondents to allot B-Type sheds to the petitioners and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Sri Bharath Babu, learned counsel representing Ms. Deepa Naidu for the petitioners says that the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
