Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Impugned Notice dated 31.10.2022 and Impugned Notice dated 19.01.2024 issued by Respondent no.1 for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18 (upto June 2017) and grant stay of all further proceedings pursuant thereto, including recovery of the tax demanded along with interest and penalty, pending disposal of WP.No.3194 of 2024, on the file of the High Court;
The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit and the order of the High Court dated: 07-02-2024 made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 and 01.04.2024 and 11.06.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of the above mentioned counsels the Court made the following.
