Learned counsel for petitioner Sri P. Vamsheedhar $2.$ Reddy submits that in view of the order passed today in Civil Revision Petition No. 2603 of 2014 and consequent disposal of Writ Petition No. 43255 of 2022, petitioner does not wish to press this case.
