This Contempt Case is filed for wilful and deliberate disobedience and clear violation of the order dated 20.12.2022 in Writ Petition No. 43255 of 2022.

Learned counsel for petitioner Sri P. Vamsheedhar $2.$ Reddy submits that in view of the order passed today in Civil Revision Petition No. 2603 of 2014 and consequent disposal of Writ Petition No. 43255 of 2022, petitioner does not wish to press this case.

Recording the above-said submission, the Contempt 3. Case is dismissed as not pressed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if $4.$ any shall stand closed.
