Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or directions more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not taking action to remove the illegal and unauthorized construction of pent house raised by the 4th respondent on the petitioner apartment Raghavendra Residency Plot No. 13 and ¹⁴ Peerzadiguda Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R.District and dodging to take action as per show cause notice dated 22-02-2016 is arbitrary, illegal and against to. the building by laws and rules consequently direct the 3rd respondent to take action and to remove the said illegal and unauthorized construction of pent house without further delaY

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.
