Petition under Section 482 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in Crl. RC., the High Court may be pleased to extend the interim order granted on 17-06-2019 in I.A. No. 2//2019 in Crl.R.C. No. 1021 of 2009 in C.C 36 of 2014 on the file of 1<sup>st</sup> Addl. Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Petition under Section 482 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in Crl. RC., the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in C.C. NO. 34/2005 on the file of Principal Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad, pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.No. 1021 of 2009 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 29-06-2009 made in Crl.R.C.M.P. No. 1393 of 2009, 07-02-2019 made in I.A.No. 02 of 2018 and order dated 15-03-2019 made in I.A.No. 1 of 2019 and order dt. 17-06-2019 made in I.A.No.2 of 2019 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K.SURENDER Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri N. Ananda Rao, learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB, for the Respondent, the court made the following ORDER:-
Interim order granted earlier is extended for a period of eight weeks from today.
