This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.269 of 2018 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda.

On written instructions, dated 01.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, and C.C.No.1389 of 2019 was assigned.
