Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the action of Respondent No.2 and 3 in not taking any action in respect of restoration of possession of petitioner in respect of the subject property admeasuring 160 Sq.Yds, (80 plus80 Sq.Yds) in Sy.No.27 situated at Khazipet Jagir of Khazipet Mandal, Warangal, Warangal (Urban) District allotted in favour of the Petitioner and her Mother-in-law vide proceedings file No. B/140/1/2010 dated 06.04.2010 and assessment made by the Competent Municipal Authorities duly allotting House/Door No. 24-7-207/50/1 situated in Sy.No.27 situated at Khazipet Jagir of Khazipet Mandal, Warangal, Warangal (Urban) District is and to declare as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to restore the petitioner back to possession of House/Door No. 24-7-207/50/1 in Sy.No.27 situated in Sy.No.27 situated at Khazipet Jagir of Khazipet Mandal, Warangal, Warangal (Urban) District;

IA NO: 1 OF 2021:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to take necessary action in pursuance of the representation dated 09/12/2020 submitted by the Petitioner, pending disposal of WP 1649 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 15/03/2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI S LAKSHMI KANTH Advocate for the Petitioner and GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents 1 to 3, the Court made the following.
