WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate M/s C SRINIVASA BABA presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the cadres of Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant as per proceedings No. G/1354/2016 dated 28.03.2017 of the 2^nd respondent by declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in doing so as motivated, arbitrary, vindictive, illegal, and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s C SRINIVASA BABA, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:
