		The learned Senior Counsel appearing
		for the petitioner submits that the road has
		been laid from the petitioner's land in the
		year<br>2004<br>and<br>there<br>was<br>a<br>delay<br>in
		approaching<br>this<br>Court.<br>It<br>is<br>further
		submitted that the adjoining land owners
		have been given TDRs.
		It is noted from the submissions made
		by the learned Senior Counsel that the
		subject<br>lands<br>are<br>held<br>by<br>the<br>family
		members of the petitioner individually and
		from which part of the land road has been
		laid has to be identified, which requires a
		detailed examination.<br>It is left open for the
		petitioner to file supporting documents to
		substantiate their claim and this matter
		cannot<br>be<br>decided<br>based<br>on<br>the
		communications and the affidavits.
		In view of the above, the Registry is
		directed to list the matter on 16.06.2025.
