WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his Counsel M/s. Porika Chandana, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for committing contempt of the directions granted by this Court by willfully and wantonly flouting the Order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2023 in W.P No. 29490 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023;
