WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his Counsel M/s Porika Chandana, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for committing contempt of the directions granted by this Court by willfully and wantonly flouting the Order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2023 in W.P No. 29490 of 2023 dated 19/10/2023;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Porika Chandana, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
