The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed therein, and the order of the High Court dated 23-01-2025 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Sumanth Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner, Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, Dy. Solicitor General of India, for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, GP for Home, for Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, and Sri Y. Soma Srinath Reddy. Advocate for Respondent No.7, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner (husband) is attending interview in U.S. Consulate for his H-1B VISA.

Learned counsel for respondent No.7 (wife) submitted that the petitioner is facing several criminal cases; the petitioner has been in India for more than one year; and if the petitioner is permitted to leave India, it would be difficult for the trial Court to proceed with the trial, as such, the petitioner may be directed to approach the trial Court for filing application to travel abroad and this Court may not grant relief to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed not to leave India without prior intimation to this Court.
