Review the orders dated 29-04-2022 in CRP No 46 of 2022 on the file this Hon'ble court and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI R SRIDHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of SRI SRIDHAR BHUVANAGIRI, Advocate for Respondent 1 to 4 and of SRI BRP SEKHAR, Advocate for the Respondent 5 & 6.

The Court made the following: ORDER

This application is filed to review the order dated 29.4.2022 passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.46 of 2022.

In the grounds of review, it is stated by the review petitioners that not a single document is filed by the plaintiffs in support of their claim that the suit schedule property is the self-acquired property of late Guthikonda Venkata Ratnam and there is no cause of action for filing the suit for partition. The revenue records do not confer any title and thus the plaint is liable to be rejected under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC.

All these contentions were raised by the review petitioners before the lower Court in I.A.No.278 of 2021 filed for rejection of plaint and the same was dismissed by order dated 14.12.2021. Even in the revision petition also, petitioners raised all these grounds and they were answered while dismissing the revision by order dated 29.4.2022.

There is no error of law pointed out, warranting interference with the order under revision and no grounds are made out to review the order dated 29.4.2022 passed in C.R.P.No.46 of 2022 under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC.

This application is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
