WHEREAS the petitioner has presented the Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his Counsel Sri B. Rakesh, praying the High Court to initiate contempt proceedings against all the respondents in this case and punish them, for their wilful violation of the orders dated 30.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 33947 of 2022;

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B. Rakesh, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the Respondent No.1 herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted;
