ORAL ORDER

• 1. Perused the office note dated 16.12.2024 and a copy of submission dated 30.10.2024, a copy of communication dated 29.10.2024 sent by learned advocate Mr. Manthan J. Barot addressed to the office along with a copy of death certificate.
• 2. From the perusal of a copy of communication dated 29.10.2024 filed by learned advocate Mr. Manthan J. Barot, it transpires that learned advocate Mr. Vasant R. Barot for the respective party has expired on 22.09.2024 and therefore, issuance of Advocate Notice to the concerned litigants in connection with Circular No. RJ/25/2024 dated 12.06.2024 is required.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the office note dated 16.12.2024 is accepted and disposed of accordingly. The office is directed to remove the name of learned advocate Mr. Vasant R. Barot as an advocate of the respective party from the cause title of the captioned matter(s). The office is further directed to issue Advocate Notice to the respective party returnable on 05.02.2025.
