ORAL ORDER

Mr.Hitendra Rajput, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has made a request that the matter may be sent to Mediation Centre, as there are chances of amicable settlement between the parties regarding the dispute.

The request is acceded to. The matter is sent to High Court Mediation Centre. The Secretary concerned shall see to it that senior experienced mediator to intervene the matter and try to settle the matter. The report to be furnished within a period of three weeks.
