ORAL ORDER

Perused the Office Note dated 17.04.2023 along with the communication dated 17.04.2023 received from the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

On perusal of the Office Note, it appears that the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner, do not have instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioner. The said communication dated 17.04.2023 is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, Registry is directed to delete the appearance of learned advocates appearing for the petitioner.

Once the appearance is deleted as per the note dated 17.04.2023, issue fresh Notice qua the petitioner, making it returnable on 05.06.2023.
