ORAL ORDER

Let notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 2nd September, 2015. Ms. Hansa Punani, the learned AGP waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondents Nos. 1 and 3. The respondent No.2 be served directly through the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station. Direct service permitted.

The investigation may proceed further, however, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant, on the condition that the applicant shall extend full cooperation in the investigation.
