ORAL ORDER

The co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order on 25/3/2021:-

"Learned Advocate Mr.Goswami appearing for learned Advocate Mr.Champavat for the applicant states that on the question of maintainability of the Appeal the matter is referred to the Division Bench and the Division Bench has reserved the matter for orders.

Since the said order will have implication on the present matter, at the request of the learned Advocates for the parties, put up after three weeks."

Till today, learned advocate for the applicant has not

clarified the question of maintainability of the appeal which was referred to the Division Bench.

Moreover, Rule upon the respondent is also not served.

Mr.Champavat, learned advocate for the applicant has filed Sick-note.

Hence, the matter is adjourned to 10/6/2022.
