COMMON ORAL ORDER

• 1. Heard learned advocate on behalf of learned advocate Mr. A. H. Mohapatra for the applicant. Perused the withdrawal of appearance note dated 07.03.2024 filed by learned advocate Mr. A. H. Mohapatra addressed to the office. The withdrawal of appearance is annexed with the copy of communication dated 02.11.2023 addressed to the applicants along with copy of postal slip and a copy of online status report of postal department. Perused the office note dated 12.03.2024 pertaining to the same.
• 2. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the withdrawal of appearance is addressed to this office dated 07.03.2024 for the applicants for deleting his name from the cause title of the captioned matter/s due to lack of instructions from his

client/s. The withdrawal of appearance dated 07.03.2024 is annexed with the copy of communication dated 02.11.2023 addressed to the applicants along with the copy of postal slip and a copy of online status report of postal department bearing acknowledgement by the applicants. Those documents prima facie show that the aforesaid communication has been duly acknowledged by the applicants. The learned advocate for the applicant has further submitted that he will return the case papers and "NOC" for fresh Vakalatnama as and when required by the clients.

• 3. In view of the aforesaid averments and on perusal of the record, the withdrawal of appearance filed by learned advocate Mr. A. H. Mohapatra dated 07.03.2024 and the office note dated 12.03.2024 pertaining to the same are accepted herewith and disposed of accordingly. The office is directed to remove the name of learned advocate Mr. A. H. Mohapatra as an advocate of the applicants from the cause title of the captioned matter/s at the earliest. As a consequential effect, the office is further directed to issue advocate notice to the applicant making it returnable within 4 weeks since the matters are critically old.
• 4. The office is directed to place the copy of this order in each of the captioned matters.
