ORAL ORDER
As learned advocate Mr.Dipak Dave had submitted that
the present workman is employed somewhere else and therefore, he is not entitled for the benefit under section 17B of the ID Act which was disputed by learned advocate Mr.Mishra by saying that he is having Income Tax returns to show that the workmen are not being gainfully employed.
Considering the disputes raised by both the parties with regard to the wages under section 17b of the ID Act, this Court is of the view that the main matter is required to be decided finally.
Hence, the main matter is fixed for final disposal on 24.10.2024.
