ORAL ORDER

It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that applicant is a lady accused and she is niece of the original accused No.1. It is further submitted that the marriage span of the complainant with the original accused No.1 is more than 16 years and the applicant has been falsely implicated in the impugned FIR. It is further submitted that impugned FIR is nothing but gross abuse of process of the Court so far as applicant is concerned.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 17.06.2022. Learned APP waives service of notice for the respondent – State.

Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant. However, it is open for the investigating agency to proceed further with the investigation.
