ORAL ORDER

1. The present application is filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties under the Implementation and Support Agreement dated 13.12.2019 & 29.05.2020 executed between the petitioner and the respondent, with the following prayers:

"59. (a) Allow the present petition and appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K. Sikri (Retd.) Former Judge, Supreme Court of India as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties that have arisen under the ISA;

(B) Pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

2. We have heard learned advocate Mr. Mandeep Singh Saluja for the petitioner.

3. Notice returnable on 10.03.2023.
