Heard Ms. R. Basar, learned Government Advocate for the applicants. Also heard Ms. N. Anju, learned counsel appearing for all the respondents.

This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, for condoning the delay of 67 days in filing the connected appeal.

The grounds explaining the delay is set out in paragraph no. 2 & 3 of the application.

We have perused the paragraph no. 2 & 3 and we are satisfied that the applicant has been able to satisfactorily explain the delay of 67 days.

Prayer for condonation of delay of 67 days in filing the connected appeal is accordingly allowed.
